Chardonnay Longwood

Our first bottling from our Longwood Estate

100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine has Pouilly Fuisse style like

elegant. Some lemon and passion fruit flavor stand along stony

minerality and a lees. Lite smokey hazelnut Flavors, tartness, bright

acidity, creamy and delicious. This wine can age at least five years.

Located at the corner of Atlas Peak and Oak Knoll on a soil type sand with alluvium fan which exhibits gravely deposit with low content of coarse fragment. Our Chardonnay is planting with a vine density of 2074 per acre which is reflected by low yield of nearly three tons per acre or 40 hl per hectare and a higher concentration of flavor.
